Most days I’m ok with my childlessness and hardly ever think about what I’m missing with my decision not to have children.
Other days, I see things like this and feel like shit about not having kids in my life. I want to just grab this kid and gobble him up, bones and all.
Allow me to share this:

Heather,
As much as I respect every women’s right to make her own decisions about children I can’t help but think what a great and creative Mom you would be.

Aww, Sharon. What a sweet thing to say. To be honest, I think I’d be a good mom, too. Not perfect, but a good mom nonetheless. There’s more blogs coming up on this subject, I’m afraid. I’ve got some demons to wrestle.

I was going to be childless as well…..well until the moment when 2 lines came up & I had to tell my bf (Nick)of a whopping 1 month we were going to be parents. eek.
I concur you would be a great Mom. There is no such thing as a perfect one.

All little kids have a cute, just like puppies and kittens…….and then they get to be teenagers! don’t ever forget those years!! My baby turns 29 in January and just started teaching high school, now he gets to deal with them, he’s not impressed. My other one is coming 32. So, been there done that! and feel qualified to comment
