The tropical storm proved to be pretty much of a non-issue here in Playa del Carmen. I slept right through it. The only thing that bothers me is now that the ground is wet, my spoiled street dogs won’t go outside to pee. God help us all if something damp touches their precious paws.
It’s a bit rainy and overcast right now, but I like this weather in small doses. We get so danged much stinking sunshine here, you know. It’s hard to be the depressed whiner you were born to be if the sun is always shining.
Looks like Dolly might cause some trouble for those of you on the US Gulf Coast…my thoughts are with you. Stay safe and dry.

And I’m going to be on that US Gulf coast this week… what timing… and YES I will whine if it rains on my 3 day vacation… Port Aransas AIN’T Playa…
