Or else you hate me, but are masochists. I just noticed that my little blog has now received over 50,000 hits since I began writing on WordPress last October. That seems like a lot to me, even though I know in the blogosphere it’s probably pretty small potatoes.
I’m still a novice blogger, but in this relatively short amount of time, I’ve learned a lot about myself and about what maintaining this blog means to me. It has meant a brand new circle of friends, the wonderful Latin American Blogging community, and it has meant learning that blogging does come with a set of responsibilities I didn’t think about when I started.
This seems like a good time to publicly thank all my readers for hanging in there with me, through good posts and bad posts, in sickness and in health, and for all the encouraging, informational, critical, and thought-provoking comments. I do this for me, but I do it for you, too. So thanks.
